To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with Megan since August of 2019. She works with me in the Floral Department at Safeway in Mill Creek, WA as my Floral Clerk. I have been impressed with Megan from the beginning both in terms of her maturity and work ethic. Megan is always on-time and works very diligently from the moment she clocks on until the moment she clocks off. Megan takes her work very seriously and is fully committed to learning on a daily basis. Megan is very level-headed and when the external stress is high, she remains calm and stays focused on what needs to be done.
I believe that Megan’s strong suits as a person and therefor as a worker or potential student of Industrial Design are as follows:
Creative: Megan is highly creative in terms of work process or outcomes. I can always rely on Megan to help come up with simple, streamlined solutions. I believe this creativeness stems from two key attributes Megan possesses– curiosity and an open mind.
Curious: Megan is curious about her work and the world in general. We have covered nearly every topic of conversation and I am always impressed by Megan’s already present wisdom and her desire to learn more about any subject.
Open-minded: Regardless of the topic at hand, Megan has consistently demonstrated an open mind whether we are discussing her work as a floral clerk or the world at large. Combining this trait with her natural curiosity, I believe Megan to be more likely to find creative solutions than her peers.
I strongly believe that Megan has the intelligence and creativity to be an above average student in any field, but especially her desired field of study– industrial design. I know Megan can and will achieve great things in this field and wholeheartedly recommend her to your program.
Warmest Regards,
Dana Fowler
